Xiom offer both zinc and manganease phosphating, our tanks can handle capacity up to 10 tonnes of various shaped parts. Phosphate coatings act as a pre-treatment prior to coating which increase corrosion protection and improve friction properties of sliding component. Staff are trained by Chemetall in the use of all phosphate chemicals and acids. We can comply with any pre/post phosphate requirements such baking and oiling.
