Grit blasting – High and low pressure grit blasting to remove corrosion, coatings and debris. Blasting media’s include Chilled Iron, Garnet Olivine, Glass Bead, Plastic and Aluminium Oxide. Our multi-purpose blast booth is 6.5m wide x 6.5m high x 15m long and our non-ferrous grit blast booth is 4m wide x 4.5m high x 2.2m long
Wet Bead Blasting – Used for stainless and non-ferrous materials, this causes no damage to the material and is great at removing weld stain
Wet Blasting – Created no dust and can be used on GRP, Wood, Plastic, Glass etc.
Dry-Ice Blasting – Non abrasive blasting which uses Co2 pellets to remove scale, contaminants, corrosion and coatings leaving no chemical residue. Easily used on/off site and is idyllic in many industries
Mechanical Preparation – Where grit or water cannot be used needle guns and bristle blasters are great to remove corrosion/coatings and create a profile for coating, there is no noise and is performed by hand making this a popular option for repairs/off-site work
